 Kennedy
Wilson Auction Group is pleased to announce that it conducted an
extremely successful auction of 33 single family residences in
Scottsdale, AZ , on September 14, 2008.
The homes are located throughout the greater Phoenix area in
Buckeye, Waddell Surprise and Gilbert and ranged in size from
1,024 to 6,914 square feet. The bidding was very intense as
over 400 people attended the sale.

Sunday, August 7, 2008, Kennedy Wilson successfully conducted an
inventory closeout of 31, 1 and 2-bedroom luxury
condominiums, The Shores at Marina Bay, located in the
San Francisco Bay Area. The project is situated just steps from
the water' s edge and is less than 1 mile away from Highway 580
and its main connecting points to the area. The homes ranged in
size from 502 to 922 square feet. All homes offered
were sold and approximately 250 people attended the sale.

Wilson Auction Group conducted an inventory closeout auction of
The Alameda luxury condominiums on July 20th, 2008. The
condominiums are situated in a desirable area of Santa Fe,
NM. Twenty-five (25) condos sold and approximately 100
people attended the sale.

Wilson successfully conducted a 22 luxury condominium
homes auction on June 14, 2008. The
properties are located in a private, gated resort-style community
of Raintree Terrace in Fairfield. All homes offered were
sold. 200 people attended the sale.

very successful auction of 17 upgraded luxury former model homes
was conducted by the Kennedy
Wilson Auction Group on June 1, 2008. The properties are
located in the desirable Palmdale and Lancaster neighborhoods of
Calico Terrace, Discovery Trails, Grandiflora and master-planned
Anaverde. All homes offered were sold in record time,
and the bidding was intense. Over 450 people attended the sale.

Wilson Auction Group on May 31, 2008. The properties are
located in Roseville and Woodland, Sacramento's most
desirable areas. All homes offered were sold. The bidding
was intense and over 400 people attended the sale.

portfolio auction of Bank Owned Chicago properties
scattered throughout Chicago and its surroundings was successfully
conducted on May 18, 2008 by the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group.
Over 600 people attended the sale and the bidding was very
competitive.

auction on April 20, 2008. The
properties are located in the gated community of Laguna Oaks, in
the heart of cozy Elk Grove, south of Sacramento. All homes
offered were sold. The bidding was intense and over 300 people attended the sale.

conducted on March 16, 2008 by the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group.

on March 9, 2008 by the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group. Over 1000
people attended the sale and the bidding was very competitive.

on February 24, 2008. The properties were located in the lovely
Buckeye Community near Phoenix and Flagstaff, Arizona. These
communities offered quality residences crafted with open floor
plans and custom style appointments. Over 600 people attended the
sale and the bidding was very competitive on all properties.

Wilson’s Raintree Terrace Auction was well attended and there
was competitive bidding. The luxury condominium homes are nestled in
a resort-like setting in Fairfield, California. These charming,
one and two bedroom homes ranged in size from 670 to 870 SF and
offered amenities such as a community pool, spa and a
well-equipped fitness center.

scattered property auction of Colorado bank owned properties
throughout the Denver area was successfully conducted on
December 16, 2007 by Kennedy Wilson. Over 1,500 people attended
the sale and the bidding was competitive on all properties.

The new homes auction at The Villas of Calle Real in the legendary City of
Santa Barbara, California, was a highly successful. All homes
three and four bedroom homes ranging in size from 1900 to 2200 SF
were sold.

Westwind Auction held by Kennedy Wilson on December 2, 2007 was
well attended and there was competitive bidding for this
inventory closeout auction of single family homes in Oxnard,
California. The Westwind Community featured classic and
traditional-style homes, with private yards and community
character with homes ranging from 1,700 to 1,900 SF.

Wilson successfully conducted an auction of 29 town homes at The
Villas at Creekside in Modesto, California, located close to
Creekside Golf Course. The units ranged from 1,100 SF to 1,100
SF and featured upscale designer touches and upgrades.

condominiums located in the Community of Highlands on November 10,
2007. The units ranged up to 936 SF and featured upscale
designer touches and upgrades. All units offered were sold!

Serita Auction of single family homes, near the bay waters of
Pinole, California, was a highly successful auction of three
bedroom units with square footage in the range of 1,700 to 2,500
SF.

Kennedy Wilson Auction conducted a successful auction for
Mediterranean style condominiums of Laguna Oaks, Elk Grove,
California. The units ranged from 770 to 1,200 SF.

Townhomes in San Pablo, California, on October 21, 2007. The
town homes ranged from 1,500 SF to 1,685 SF and featured an
exceptional style, lavish amenities and a host of upgrades. All

Paseo West and Teal Landing were successful California auctions
on October 13 and 14, 2007. Paseo West was a community of one
and two story single family homes in Manteca. Teal Landing was
within the Los Banos area.

town homes at 2286 Chanate Road in Santa Rosa, California on August 26, 2007.
These town homes that ranged from 1,320 SF to 1,750 SF featured a
